The Wendy is a 16-story multifamily tower located in Arlington, VA, designed by Cooper Carry. This striking development sits on a tight, triangular site at the intersection of Arlington’s two most prominent thoroughfares, offering dramatic views and a bold “flatiron” architectural gateway. The chamfered curtainwall façade, with its dynamic glass panels, reflects light uniquely throughout the day, enhancing the tower’s visual impact.

The Wendy features 231 residential units, two below-grade parking levels, and premium rooftop amenities, including a pool, club room, fitness center, and outdoor lounge with grilling areas. It offers more 2 and 3-bedroom units than are typical for the area, as well as a number of micro-units, also known as expandable studios, that feature Ori robotic furniture to create more flexible spaces. Ori features moveable walls allowing for expanding and collapsing rooms at the resident's command.

At street level, 3,500 square feet of retail space and a public plaza with biophilic landscaping connect the building to the community. This LEED Platinum-certified Greystar-developed project showcases sustainable, innovative design tailored to urban multi-family living.
