The Wendy features 231 residential units, two below-grade parking levels, and premium rooftop amenities, including a pool, club room, fitness center, and outdoor lounge with grilling areas. At street level, 3,500 square feet of retail space and a public plaza with biophilic landscaping connect the building to the community.
