Lyra by Radius

Duluth, GA

Located in the Atlanta suburb of Duluth, Lyra by Radius provides a true oasis from the busy city. Cooper Carry's Interior Design Studio was tasked with creating a spa-like atmosphere. We utilized a monochromatic, calm color palette of taupe, brown, and gray. Soft finishes were used and juxtaposed with mixed metals to emphasize a feeling of relaxation. Sleek, dark-colored lighting elements provide a focal point in the public spaces, including the co-working area.

Amenity spaces include a club room, viewing room, makerspace, pool, dog park, and double-height fitness center. Offering biophilia was a wellness priority, with built-in planters and potted plants throughout as well as a large green wall in the fitness center. The apartment complex offers residents and visitors a sense of Zen and respite.
