The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida is located on approximately 295 acres of beachfront property along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Opening in 1928, the historic inn offers 249 elegantly appointed guestrooms in 10 low-rise buildings, along with amenities like a championship golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, and multiple pools.

Cooper Carry created a master plan to envision the future resort and enhance its connection to water by opening up views to the ocean. We designed two new buildings. The Surf Club is the resort’s gateway to the ocean. It includes two restaurants, a new adult pool, and new children’s pool, as well as an oceanfront ballroom and two levels of guestroom suites. A two-story Wellness Center will include state-of-the-art fitness equipment as well as spin and yoga rooms and a rooftop pool with views to the ocean. The grounds offer new tennis and pickleball facilities. The white brick buildings feature a coastal Mediterranean character, with open air verandas and lush courtyards that respect the character of the original resort.
