Patientco was brought to Cooper Carry through Transcend CRE for 26,000 square feet of full floor build out for their headquarters office at 725 Peachtree St. Patientco, a fintech firm specializing in healthcare payment technology, has a strong culture that they wanted to reflect in the space. The Cooper Carry team was challenged to create a budget-friendly design that incorporated graphics of their core values and mission.

The team’s biggest challenge was incorporating design elements on a limited budget while creating a unique and dynamic space. While this project did not have LEED requirements, we incorporated environmentally conscious practices throughout the project. A few examples include:

• Low VOC paint used throughout.
• Recycled-content carpet that can be replaced in sections to reduce resources and lifetime costs.
• Responsible sourcing wood.
• Per the client request, furniture was largely reused to reduce waste (and costs.)
