Carson & Tryon is a three-acre, 31-story, office-anchored, mixed-use development. Located between the South End neighborhood and Uptown’s Central Business District, the project blends two thriving professional and residential hubs in the Charlotte metropolitan area. Debuting in 2025, the project will include 560,000 square feet of LEED-certified Class A office space, 10,000 square feet of retail space, a 200-key luxury boutique hotel, and over 188 multifamily units.
Flexible spaces and connection to amenities are key drivers in the design of the project. With an eclectic mix of green space and walkability to nearby restaurants and retail, the development will attract office employees, community residents, and hotel guests to the area. To further recruit talent, the office portion offers high-end amenities, including balconies at each floor and multiple, expansive green spaces where employees can work or gather for conferences.
The exterior façade features copper-colored metal panels mixed with glass, which blends with the industrial history of the area. The site provides convenient vehicular access, with garage entrances on all three street frontages and a multi-level, dual-ramp parking system that incorporates the latest addressable parking utilization/allocation systems to provide a highly efficient user experience. With access to the Carson Street Blue Line Light Rail Station and major highways, the new Carson & Tryon will truly be a destination-worthy experience.
