Holy Spirit Preparatory School (Lower Campus)

Much to the surprise of students, parents and school administrators, this extensive addition and renovation of the main building located on Holy Spirit Preparatory School’s Lower School Campus was completed over summer break 2011. Totaling 64,000 square feet, this facility houses administration, classrooms, and multi-purpose spaces. Aside from functional upgrades to restrooms, elevation changes and accessibility modifications, Cooper Carry successfully upgraded the entire appearance inside and out. The architectural appearance was dramatically updated with a classical university style architecture that conveys the school’s highly rated parochial school reputation as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. The entry was pulled forward to greet visitors and provide a welcoming classic approach. Once inside, visitors find themselves steeped in tradition with classic yet contemporary coffered spaces embroidered with dark oak trim and articulated paneling reminiscent of an ivy league institution.
