Carlyle Crossing is a destination development for a transit-oriented district developing around the Eisenhower Metro Station just south of Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia. It provides over 210,000 GSF of retail, including an anchor grocery store, fitness options, street retail, and plaza-oriented food and beverage. The public realm plaza serves as the community gathering space for entertainment, retail, corporate office, and residential already in this district.

Three residential towers are strategically placed on the site and accompanied by a structured parking podium and three acres of amenity areas for the residents. The 741 residential units above the podium include the Reese Apartment Tower, Dylan Apartment Tower, and the luxury boutique Easton Apartment Tower.

Serving both owners and renters, the three acres of amenity areas provide active and passive spaces between the towers for healthy living styles.
