Developed as part of a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use expansion, the project integrates 8,000 square feet of flexible conference space and 34,000 square feet of ground-level retail, seamlessly connecting to outdoor terraces and green roofs. A rooftop bar and lounge with an open-air deck overlooks the urban landscape of Reston Town Center, adding a high-value F&B destination.

Designed to express each brand’s unique identity while maintaining a cohesive architectural language, the hotels share fitness and pool facilities, back-of-house services, and a below-grade parking structure.
