Digital City was a mega-project created as a complex for high tech companies. Cooper Carry was brought in to assist with the development of a retail and placemaking strategy to support this complex. Deriving inspiration from local and international case studies, we proposed the development of three unique Digital City districts supported by a curation of retail and F&B tenancies to create a highly animated and active lifestyle center. A series of central gathering spaces, and an active day and night dining/entertainment district will operate as an 18-hour open complex that will engage employees on site and nearby residents in the surrounding area.
