The Conrad Nashville is a 234-guestroom, 14-story luxury hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. It completes the 1.2-million-square-foot Broadwest mixed-use project, designed entirely by Cooper Carry. Broadwest includes a class AA office building, The Residences at Broadwest, creative meeting space, retail opportunities, and the Conrad Hilton Hotel.
The hotel occupies the first 14 floors of one of the buildings, with the residences situated on the upper 20 floors of the sleek glass-enclosed tower. In addition to the spacious guestrooms and suites, the hotel provides conference and ballroom areas, an exterior amenities terrace, and three food and beverage options: Blue Aster, a modern American restaurant; The Lounge at the Blue Aster; and the globally inspired Thistle and Rye. The interior design was crafted by Champalimaud Design.
The arrival experience was designed to recall fashionable urban storefronts, using granite and polished metal trim to frame views of the interior. The hotel overlooks the 1.5-acre plaza, an outdoor gathering place in the heart of Broadwest. This green space is activated by group yoga, music, and other outdoor activities. Located near Vanderbilt University and Nashville’s famous Music Row entertainment district, the hotel offers a high-end luxury boutique experience, an alternative to the larger luxury hotels in the convention district.
