While this iconic, 226-key luxury resort welcomed its first guests in 1872, the Cooper Carry-designed renovation and expansion was crafted to attract a new community of travelers year-round, with beautiful sight lines, intuitive amenities, and rewarding encounters. Each of its 226 inviting accommodations—including guest rooms and suites—boast private terraces and both oceanfront and water views. Custom designed with a coastal style and hand-crafted elements, the accommodations are designed to be richly textured yet refined. The resort offers event space, a spa and wellness center, oceanfront dining, and amenities to capture the best of New England in every season.
