Castle Hills is a 2,900-acre development, built initially as a master planned, single-family residential community with a small village center. Over the past 15 years, we have helped Bright Realty realize the evolution of Castle Hills through a variety of new developments. The addition of multi-family residential units, a new mixed-use Town Center, expansion of the Village Shops (with residential over retail), a repositioned Golf Clubhouse with added amenities and structures, spec office buildings, and a new residential product have helped Castle Hills grow as a prominent development in the Dallas suburb of Lewisville, Texas.
The Realm at Castle Hills is driven in design by the beauty of the Texas vernacular, with refined materials and colors. The first phase of residential includes 261 apartments, 16,000 square feet of retail, and a parking deck with over 500 spaces to serve residents and visitors. The retail component is designed as two hubs: the Urban Village features entertainment with expansive green spaces, dining, and theater, while the Market Village offers the ultimate grocery marketplace.
Sojourn at The Realm anchors the western corner of the overall development. With contemporary, luxury condominiums on top of community-centric retail tenants, this multifamily addition creates a tight knit community north of Dallas. Eighty units are spread across two buildings, and buyers have additional space from garages, storage units, and covered parking spaces.
Discovery at The Realm speaks to a 21st century view of Texas – sophisticated, urban, and modern. The first phase of the projected 5,000-unit rental community is lakeside, on a pedestrian-friendly promenade.
