This new lifestyle destination and residential community consists of three buildings, one office building and two multifamily apartment buildings. The program consists of 42,000 SF of ground floor retail, 159,000 SF of office, 246 residential units, and approximately 860 associated parking spaces. The multifamily apartments are located above ground floor retail. At the center of the buildings is an outdoor park that functions as gathering space for the student population.
