Sunggu Lee AIA, LEED AP

Sunggu Lee joined Cooper Carry in 2015 as a project manager in the Hospitality Studio and was named Associate in 2017 and Senior Associate in 2019. Sunggu has 20 years of experience working on a variety of architectural and planning projects and is a specialist in high-rise residential and hospitality design. While with Cooper Carry, he has worked on 660,000 SF Columbia Place mixed-use development in Washington DC and 700,000 SF 19th & Broadway mixed-use development in Nashville, TN. Prior to joining the firm, Sunggu worked for ODA and Perkins Eastman in New York. Sunggu earned his Master of Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology and his Bachelor from Korea University. He is a registered architect and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Sunggu is also a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA).
