Stewart Brooks

As Chief Financial Officer, Stewart Brooks leads the finance and accounting functions, overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and capital planning.  He joined Cooper Carry in March 2024, bringing more than 30 years of experience implementing successful financial strategies in a variety of industries, including software and professional services.

Prior to Cooper Carry, Stewart led the finance team for a private equity-backed digital marketing agency.  He also served in numerous financial leadership roles as the founder and managing partner of a fractional CFO services firm serving early-stage, growth-oriented firms across the Southeast.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University.
