Ray Bouley

Ray Bouley is an Associate Principal and Chief Growth Officer of Cooper Carry. This position reflects the firm’s forward focus on the sustained growth of revenues and on the extension of our reach into new markets. Before joining Cooper Carry, Ray served as Executive Vice President and Sr. Director of Marketing for North America at Jones Lang LaSalle. Ray offers a unique blend of skills honed by a career in both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. He has led and supported the growth of companies by developing a seamlessly integrated model of smart business planning, strategic communications and brand driven sales. He brings to Cooper Carry the ability to engineer and manage multi-million dollar, vertically integrated marketing, advertising and brand development campaigns that carefully articulate all points of brand differentiation. He has led efforts that have been recognized with numerous national and international awards including being recognized as one of Atlanta’s Top 50 Entrepreneurs. Ray has a track record of creating a spirit of community service and strong culture in the companies he’s led, benefiting organizations like Adopt-A-Grandparent program, Aid Atlanta, One Box at a Time, Kipp Ways, The Bridge, Chastain Horse Park, North Metro Angels, Rainbow Community Services, Rainbow Village, Inc., Chris Kids, Inc., and De-Jour.
