Nick Anderson AIA

Nick Anderson joined Cooper Carry in 2019 and was named a Senior Associate in 2022. He manages multiple projects in Cooper Carry’s Mixed-Use Studio, focusing on high-rise multifamily. He has over 25 years of architectural experience in a broad spectrum of project types, including private and public sector office, multi-family residential, aviation, and large-scale industrial projects. His body of work has been built mostly along the East Coast, from Charlotte, North Carolina to New York City, but is focused in the Washington DC metro area. He also has experience on projects in Malaysia and the Middle East.

Nick is passionate about collaboration and positive working relationships. Working alongside skilled contractors and developers to make architectural dreams a reality is where he gets most of his enjoyment.

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a Registered Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
