Leadership, Associate Principal
Kenyon Zimmerman is an Associate Principal and Senior Project Architect in Cooper Carry’s Boulder office. He has over 20 years of experience in building design and construction, with particular expertise in concept design, Building Information Modeling (BIM), technical documentation, detailing, and energy-efficient building envelopes. Kenyon has played a key role in designing and delivering a wide variety of award-winning and LEED-certified buildings. His project types include aviation, mixed-use developments, residential housing, senior living, museums, higher education institutions, laboratory science facilities, and medical centers, with project budgets ranging from $1 million to $1 billion.
Some of Kenyon’s notable projects include River District, Northgate Station Central Park, and Verde at Cooley Station. He holds a Master of Architecture (MA) from Tulane University and is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) as well as a Fitwel Ambassador.
