David Brewer AIA, NCARB, LEED Green Associate

David joined Cooper Carry’s Hospitality Studio in 2020 and was promoted to a Senior Associate in 2023. He has experience in hospitality, multifamily residential, office, retail, and adaptive reuse projects across the United States and internationally. He is a detail-oriented architect focused on insightful design and thorough execution. His core values are strongly rooted in sustainable design, and working closely with clients and developers to facilitate their project needs. He is adept at a variety of software that helps to realize the architectural vision for projects, both big and small.

With a lifelong interest in the built environment, David brings a planning perspective to projects. While pursuing his Master of Architecture degree, David studied abroad in Cottbus, Germany in an exchange program focused on urban planning and place building.

David earned his Master of Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Bachelor of Science in History from North Carolina State University. He is a registered architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and a LEED® Green Associate™.
