Chrissy Perez NCARB, LEED AP

Originally from Miami, Chrissy Perez joined Cooper Carry in 2017 and was named an Associate in 2019 and Senior Associate in 2021. With more than ten years of experience in K-12 and higher education projects, as well as restaurant renovation work, she brings her love of puzzles to every project she encounters. As a teenager, Chrissy had the opportunity to help her parents design and build their house, from the reinforcement of the foundation to the sheathing on the roof and everything in between. It was this experience that sparked her passion for architecture, construction, and understanding how buildings come together. Chrissy is a graduate of Florida International University, receiving a Bachelor of Design in Architectural Studies in 2005 and a Master of Architecture in 2011. She is currently a registered architect in the states of Florida and Georgia.
