Heba Bella AIA, Fitwel Amb.

Heba Bella is an Associate at Cooper Carry and works with the Mixed-Use and Residential Studios. Her love for science, art, and connecting people led her to the field of architecture and design. Heba has experience in a variety of building types and enjoys taking projects from the first sketch to the delivery of building keys. Design quality, placemaking, and clear communication are essential elements in her process. She has experience in schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Prior to joining Cooper Carry in 2012, Heba worked in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Germany, and the UK.

Heba is currently a Fitwel Ambassador and co-chair of Cooper Carry’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Council (EDIC). She is Board Member for CRE DEI (Commercial Real Estate Diversity Equity and Inclusion), an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), an Advisory Board Member at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School Academy of Engineering, and a member of her neighborhood non-profit, Fort Washington Forward. Heba holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Sharjah and a Master of Architecture II from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
