Just as Atlanta serves as a hub for cultural intersection, the Three Arches restaurant reflects a moment where people are inspired to come together to share personal experiences over good food. Located at the Hyatt Centric Buckhead, the client desired an all-day dining venue that could fulfill the programmatic needs typical of larger hotels, while still blurring the lines of a formal hotel restaurant experience. The space serves working guests during the day with an inviting coffee bar-style vibe, yet at night, it provides a visually exciting and social dining experience.
As you enter through a draped curtain steel archway, the dual-sided bar with glowing shelves invites guests to order their morning coffee and pastry. A large, reclaimed wood communal table accommodates an atmosphere that promotes lingering.
Above, there are wood beams with swags of hand-stitched patchwork, creating the feel of a tented city center market. In the evening, in front of an original piece by contemporary artist Kimo Minton, guests are greeted by a host and seated at tables detailed in engraved nickel and stretched buffalo leather. Custom banquettes with authentic Turkish rug pillows, warm velvet gold barstools, green hand-pressed tiles, and stone mosaic floor add worldly details to complete the unique dining experience.
