Leadership
Dunwoody, Georgia
Park Center, a massive office anchored mixed-use project, is State Farm’s Regional Hub located within the Dunwoody community, just outside of Atlanta. The Cooper Carry team, with State Farm and KDC, worked hand in hand with community leaders, transit authorities, local artists, restaurant owners, and park designers to create a dynamic, mixed-use environment that exemplifies the new generation of workplaces.
Completed in 2021, the 17-acre Park Center campus is now home to more than 6,000 State Farm employees, and it is a central gathering spot for the local community. The design integrates the formidable scale project into the traditional suburban scale of the Dunwoody community and follows the fluid suburban road network. Critical infrastructure provides access to previously disconnected parts of the area, including a connection between Dunwoody and Sandy Springs, with a direct connection to the MARTA transit station. The major surface street, Hammond Drive, has been transformed from a lifeless street edge to a bustling retail street with a diverse selection of restaurants and new places to stroll and linger.
Cooper Carry and the KDC/State Farm team have created a LEED Gold high-performance workplace that is truly tailored to State Farm’s requirements now and into the future.

Cooper Carry listened and understood the client’s vision. They provided creative yet practical solutions at each phase of the project. Their talented team was experienced in single user design requirements and worked closely with us and State Farm over the entire 8-year schedule to assure the best possible design solution was accomplished. After that great experience, we continue to engage with Cooper Carry on new project opportunities. — Alex Chambers, Senior Vice President / Development, KDC
