Cooper Carry was engaged by Terwilliger Pappas to carry out their vision for an upscale mixed-use building in Chamblee, a suburb just outside of Atlanta, GA. Spanning five-stories with 200 residential units and retail at the ground floor, The Keswick (formerly Solis Carraway) offers high end options with comparatively larger units, expansive walk-in closets, and spacious bathrooms.

Amenities bring added luxury and comfort, and includes a multi-level fitness center, a resort style pool, a full spa, a private dining club, art nook, a golf simulator, an expansive central bar and lounge with a focal fireplace and a rooftop lounge, and more.
