Galleria Row is a branding concept developed for a suburban office park densification project. The project involved adding a row of retail in between two prominent streets of large office buildings, leading to the name "Galleria Row." This concept is targeted at young working professionals who would occupy the office buildings in addition to the potential new residential added to the park. The brand reflects the modern industrial office building and pairs well with the retail that will also be added to this mixed-use development. The three rounded corners and one 90-degree corner of the mark references a chat bubble, symbolizing new “buzz” around the property as the latest mixed-use hotspot in the area. This brand encourages the projects audience to "gather here and spread the word."
