Windsor Interlock

The Interlock is a $450 million mixed-use development in emerging West Midtown Atlanta that combines office, retail, hotel and multifamily. Cooper Carry designed the multifamily portion, known as Windsor Interlock (formerly Solis Interlock). The six-story building offers 7,500 SF of restaurant space, 349 apartment units, and 11 townhomes. Amenities include an infinity edge pool overlooking the Atlanta skyline, a hammock garden, fitness and spa center, gaming parlor with speakeasy bar, co-working lounge and a wine vault. The project was completed in 2020.
