The Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel is an 18-story, 217-key luxury boutique hotel located at the corner of Third and Church Streets in the heart of the city’s uptown neighborhood. Adjacent to the 300 South Tryon office tower and overlooking Romare Bearden Park and BB&T Ballpark, Kimpton Tryon Park opened in November 2017, marking the first opening of a boutique hotel by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Charlotte, NC. This hotel is part of a larger mixed-use development that incorporates office, retail and parking. It features a unique design, more than 9,300 square feet of meeting and event space, a chef-driven restaurant and rooftop lounge designed by The Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry, and an event lawn offering stunning views of the city.

The design of Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel reflects the sophistication of the Queen City, presenting a fluid, graceful façade that complements its neighboring office tower while reflecting the contours of the 5.4-acre Romare Bearden Park. It incorporates sweeping glass, polished marble and glimmering crystal along with familiar finishes such as warm, mahogany woodwork for a contemporary, yet welcoming, feel.
