Riverworks at Eastern Wharf

Cooper Carry designed Riverworks, a mixed-use multifamily building that offers residents easy access to local and regional restaurants and shops, as well as luxury amenities. These amenities include resort-style pools, outdoor kitchens, entertainment areas, and lounges, allowing residents to enjoy everything they need without leaving the building.

Riverworks building is part of a 58-acre waterside community known as Eastern Wharf, which was masterplanned by Cooper Carry. This mixed-use development is situated along the Savannah River, adjacent to historic downtown Savannah. A standout feature of the development is the one-acre linear waterfront park, which hosts a variety of programmed gatherings and events throughout the year. The park offers serene views and provides river access to the mixed-use community.
