800 North Glebe Road is a 10-story trophy mixed-use office building containing 316,000 square feet of Class A space and 27,000 square feet of retail space. The building is located at a high-profile intersection in Arlington, Virginia. Its sweeping 10-story curtainwall façade made of three glass “sails” accentuates the amazing sight lines down the primary arteries of North Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard. The building has achieved LEED Gold Certification. This project is the third office building designed by Cooper Carry within a two block span along North Glebe Road in Arlington.
