Town Center Corte Madera is a 370,000-square-foot complex that combines conventional retail in a community-friendly complex. The heart of our work centered around creating a memorable and lively atmosphere as a means of enhancing the visitor experience and providing a unique identity in the market. Our design team revitalized the center by creating a richly layered, public environment that celebrates the Marin lifestyle. With pedestrian passageways, whimsical fountains, and ample seating areas, the center promotes community gathering and people watching. Natural materials were used in the design, including brick, wood cladding, and stucco. Classic-styled streetlamps line the passageways, providing a cozy glow at sunset.
