Carl Okazaki

With 30 years of experience, Carl has helped orchestrate the development of meaningful experiences that emotionally resonate with people and deliver on the brand promise of a destination. As part of 505Design at Cooper Carry, Carl brings a tremendous amount of global and national experience, helping shape distinctive and authentic spaces. His work spans a diverse range of mixed-use, retail, multifamily, and entertainment projects.

Carl has a Master of Architecture from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Syracuse University. He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
